Judy Wade's more than 25 years of experience as a partner with two of the world's most prestigious management consulting firms provide TheWadeGroup clients with a unique perspective as they manage their strategic communications' needs. Her understanding of complex business issues and the impact of government regulations offers an essential point of view in developing and implementing effective communication strategies for our clients.
As a partner with Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and Accenture Consulting, Ms. Wade worked with senior executives at major corporations to secure the support, during business operations restructuring, of stakeholders ranging from stockholders to employees to clients.
Her clients included numerous Fortune 500 companies and national non-profit associations, including Bank of America, Freddie Mac, Franklin Templeton Financial, Capital One Financial, NASDAQ and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) as well as the American Diabetes Association.
Prior to joining TheWadeGroup Ms. Wade was a partner in the financial services practice of Accenture Consulting. While with Accenture she led extensive change management projects ranging from large, complex financial systems development to business mergers requiring organizational and business process restructuring down to the very personal level of individual job content changes resulting from consolidation within the financial services industry.
During her years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) Ms.Wade led change management teams through business mergers requiring business process reengineering and downsizing of the organizations while leading the 75-person National Center of Excellence (COE) for Change Management.
Her role in managing change included the use of tools such as baseline assessments of all aspects of the key issues and concerns; stakeholder maps identifying the issues facing the desired outcome and the support level of key individuals, groups and/or organizations; targeted communications strategies that facilitated information flow and support for change.
Ms. Wade graduated Magna Cum Laude from Trinity College, Washington, DC. With a B.A. (with distinction) in Economics. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is the author of: Innovation: The Creativity Jogger and The Sideways Thinker.
